Anil Nandalike is the Founder CEO of the company. He comes with an Electronics Engineering background with over 25 years of experience in the IT sector. He worked as a Team Leader in a mid-size software company developing complex applications for Domestic and Global Customers. He has led large teams for executing Projects in various verticals in diverse technologies. He worked as Head-Solutions in a leading SAP Implementation Services company wherein he was involved in Solution Architecting and Head of Development. He has architected Solutions for some of the leading companies in India and globally. He is the chief architect behind all our Products and Solutions.
He has wide experience in multiple platforms and technologies and has guided several ERP & other Project Implementations both large and small in India and globally. He is the guiding force for all strategy and planning for the company and has successfully led Comflex across the years.
Ashok Kumar A is our Global Sales Head. He is a passionate sales leader who brings with him an all-round experience of more than 20 years in the Information Technology field. With a “customer first” approach, Ashok is focused on Global sales operations, putting forth the go-to-market and channel strategies, identifies key growth areas and develops new partnerships across India, MEA and the Far East regions at Comflex. Ashok has donned multiple hats in his career including Business development, Presales and Consulting areas with his past stints in specialist software product companies as well as system integrators. Ashok has extensive experience in building successful sales and marketing strategies and teams, particularly in emerging markets like Africa. His business philosophy lies around nurturing long-term sustainable business relationships and adding value to the unique business demands of each customer through innovation driven IT solutions. He believes strongly in a customer-centric approach and the importance of understanding a customer’s specific business needs. Ashok has an unwavering determination to increase the brand awareness and market expansion of Comflex into newer geographies. In the recent past, he has made deep inroads into the African market overseeing the business operations of more than 10 countries handling multimillion dollar sales portfolio. Ashok holds a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical Engineering from Madras University and an Executive PGDM in Business Analytics from IFIM Business School, Bangalore. He is an avid traveller and passionately follows Geopolitical issues, global business environment, cross country cuisines, life style, culture and music.
Ashok Pawar is our Delivery-Head ERP. He has over 20 years’ experience in the ERP space. He has worked with different ERP’s and has handled both small and large implementations across Geographies. He was the country head for a leading Textile ERP. He leads the Project Management team for the execution of all our new ERP Implementation projects. Our customers have gained from the experience that he brings to the table. He is the Chief Solution Architect and also supports our Sales team in Presales activities.
