Anil Nandalike is the Founder and CEO of the company. He has an Electronics Engineering background with over 3 decades of experience in the IT sector. He worked as a Team Leader in a mid-sized software company, developing complex applications for domestic and global customers. He has led large teams in executing projects across various verticals and diverse technologies. He worked as Head of Solutions at a leading SAP implementation services company, where he was involved in solution architecting and development. He has architected solutions for some of the leading companies in India and globally. He is the chief architect behind all our products and solutions. Anil has extensive experience in multiple platforms and technologies and has guided several ERP and other project implementations, both large and small, in India and globally. He is the guiding force behind all strategy and planning for the company and has successfully led Comflex over the years.
Manoj Sawant
Head of HR & Admin
With over two decades of experience in HR functions within the IT & Services industry, Mr. Manoj Sawant handled HR & Admin functions for a leading SAP services company and a major retail chain before joining Comflex Technologies. He holds a Commerce degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in HR. He has been the backbone of our company since its inception and our team looks up to him for all issues and motivation.
Huzaifa Retiwala
Head of Development Team & Certified Scrum Master
Mr. Huzaifa Retiwala leads our Web & Mobile Technologies team and holds a Post Graduate degree in Information Technology. He has successfully delivered projects both in India and globally, managing some of the most complex projects with finesse. Our entire development team looks up to him for guidance.
Rambabu M
Head of Product Team
Mr. Rambabu M leads the team working on our products, Horizon ERP & POS, and also manages our solutions for the jewellery industry. He oversees the entire product lifecycle, from customer requirements to execution and version management and serves as the support center for our Implementation & Support Teams. He holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science.

Head-Business Analyst (Manufacturing)
Mr. Krishnaraj S. A. leads our ERP implementations and support for the manufacturing industry, as well as support for our ERP clients focused on manufacturing. He holds a Science degree and an MBA in Information Technology. He has ensured successful implementations in diverse verticals ranging from engineering to pharmaceuticals. He has been with us since our inception and possesses complete knowledge of our product and business processes.
Ravi Sharma
Head Business Analyst (Supply Chain and Distribution)
Mr. Ravi Sharma has successfully led our ERP implementations in the distribution & retail sectors, including projects outside India. He is the key account manager for some of our extensive clients, ensuring that their requirements are met within timelines and configured optimally to deliver the desired outcomes. He holds an Engineering degree in Information Technology.
Shwetal Pathak
Project Head & a Certified Scrum Master
Ms. Shwetal Pathak heads our Quality & Process in addition to managing our projects. She oversees all our projects, both local and global, ensuring timely and quality delivery, including some very complex projects. She holds an Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecommunications.
